Experiment to be conducted
:
In curent request we plan to analyze again the specificity of interaction between rotavirus VP8-core protein, fused to GST, with glucan on microarray. In our previous attemp we did observed only low level of binding with one sample tested. This semms to be due to the presence of reduced gluthathione in the sample. The proteocol for protein purification was modified, in order to obtain good level of interaction.
